Unveiling our latest innovation in lateral flow technology – the ESEQuant Flex Fluo, also known as “The Specialist”. This remarkable device not only stands out as a specialist in flexibility, affordability, user-friendliness, and modern design but also proudly serves as the successor to the renowned ESEQuant LR3.
Our most powerful & flexible solution for fluorescence labeled lateral flow tests
Key features of ESEQuant Flex Fluo:
Rapid test reader for lateral flow assays for individual applications
The inner life of our Lateral Flow Reader
A detailed view inside the lateral flow reader shows you its heart – a patent-protected, highly sensitive miniaturized optical detector that is just twice the size of a matchbox. This device can accurately detect fluorescence labels and / or colored particles and metal colloids.
The successful combination of proven components from series production and future-proof technologies in the device provide many benefits to you and to your customers including:
- User-friendly input and output of all relevant data via a large touchscreen
- Compatible with all cassette formats (one or multiple strips)
- Connection to data management software via DLX Connect

Advanced multiplex detection
Advanced multiplex detection offers you the opportunity to choose between fluorescence and/or colorimetric detection and test across multiple lines using various signal generating reagents simultaneously (e.g., fluorescence dye, gold colloids, latex beads). The unique construction of the detector also means you can analyze several test strips in parallel at the same time.
Powerful data processing
Powerful data processing allows the fully automated generation of results using qualitative as well as comprehensive curve-fitting algorithms and a printable one-click report. Easy management of your data remotely via desktop can be done with our DLX connect Software, as well as pushing data to a LIS/HIS via HL7 protocol.
